• Contact information you provide via the project form (name, email, project description)
• Technical data collected by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, timestamps)

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics tools that collect personal data.

• To respond to project requests
• To deliver the agents and services you order
• To provide post-delivery support
• To maintain website security

We do not sell or trade your data. We may share data with: Netlify (hosting and form processing) and email providers for communication. All providers comply with GDPR.

6. Data Retention

Project data is retained for the duration of service plus 3 years. Technical logs are retained for 90 days maximum.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the US by our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, CA), protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
